We use halogen inside a quartz tube for a reason. The halogen cycle keeps the filament clean, so you don’t get that gradual blackening that kills output over time. It’s a design that holds up, even when the heater deals with vibration or frequent on-off cycles. And the R7s connector? It’s the standard in industrial heating for a reason. It’s a tough, two-pin ceramic base that handles high current and high heat without melting or arcing. That means installation is straightforward: wire it up, secure the base, and you’re done. No custom brackets. No complicated wiring harnesses.
